Who am I? "I'm Regan, a Massage Therapist, Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant, and a Canadian Beautycounter Consultant. I enjoy the simple things in life. Like being barefoot, pugs and pigs, and a bowl of garlic stuffed olives. My fascination with food and how it makes me feel is the driving force to who I am today! I suffered many years with painful, embarrassing and annoying symptoms. My life was {paused} I wasn't able to do " all the things" I wanted to! I was fed up, I needed answers!
