The recipes below have been some of my favorites, I have recreated them in my own kitchen many times using different ingredients and putting my own spin on them. But for simplicity I have selected a few from the wholefoods advocates that have love and respect. I wanted to pay it forward and show case some of their work here. What to eat with it?
NOTE: Omit the avocado! Use Chicken as a leaner substitute option Your choice. Enjoy this with a side salad of your choice load up on those veggies! or any steamed veggies no butter or oil just lemon juice an sea salt. Add a side of Gluten Free Grains ( 1/2 or 1 Cup COOKED Quinoa, Rice or Buckwheat OR 1 Cup Cooked Butternut squash or Mashed or roasted Cauliflower)
TIP: If you have left overs feel free to add this in with your LUNCH tomorrow. It also freezes GREAT!
Bacon Brussels Sprouts from PaleOMG NOTE: Omit the bacon Sorry ! Don’t like Brussels sprouts? Use green or purple cabbage, green beans or peas instead. Enjoy this side dish with BBQ Chicken Breast or Left over Pulled chicken recipe from yesterday. Eat with a side of Gluten free gain or starchy veggie like Spaghetti squash or baked yam aprox 1/2 to 1 cup serving cooked.
