7 Days of High Fat Breakfasts to keep you satisfied


The recipes below have been some of my favorites, I have recreated them in my own kitchen many times using different ingredients and putting my own spin on them. But for simplicity I have selected a few from the wholefoods advocates that have love and respect. I wanted to pay it forward and show case some of their work here. Tips: Make these in advance and freeze – or keep in fridge You might need them again for SUNDAY! :) 



Swirly Crustless Quiche From Dianne Sanfilippo NOTE: Eat on its own or add 2 -3 strips bacon or 1/4 to 1/2 avocado 

Tip: Make this in advance! It keeps in the fridge for 4 ish days

Creamy Collagen Chocolate Shake NOTE: If you are needing this as a breakfast meal and cant eat for 4 – 6 hours add 2 tbsp hemp seeds and 1 tbsp MTC oil ( MTC oil is found at your local health food store) NOTE: Not sure where to buy Collagen? or what it is? Its conveniently now sold at Bedrock CrossFit! Stop by the club & ask Dawn or I ( Regan) about it. 

Need a little pick me up….? Add your coffee to this or espresso shot make it a warm drink

Creamy Collagen OJ NOTE: If you would like this to last you a bit longer add 1 tbsp Chia seeds or 1 tbsp MTC oil out of collagen use vanilla protein powder or hemp protein powder. ( Ditch the chemical sweeteneres use sweetened with stevia , soy free options is best) 



Gluten Free Flax with Nuts Granola or ( Nut free option here) From Practical Paleo – Enjoy with Full fat Coconut milk or cream or Greek Yogurt. 

Tip: Make a head of time! or day of you choose

Pancake Breakfast Sandwich from PaleOMG –  Use Turkey or ground Chicken as a leaner choice of protein. If you are insulin resistant or follow a keto eating style eat this with 1 pancake as an open face option, or on sliced avocado. 

Tip: If you have left over pancakes from before you can use these it wont be best size and it wont look as pretty as this but you get the point.
