Bright Yellow, full bodied way of cooking your plain old rice! Use any kind of rice.

Tips: If you exercise and using it as a post work out or have digestive issues opt for an organic white rice ( I like basmati, jasmine, or short grain rice)

Yes brown rice is healthy, and has lots of fiber but if you are revved up post workout, or experience digestive issues sometimes the fiber can be a bit to hard to digest on that sluggish digestive system.

The broth I use is home made bone broth, if you purchase yours make sure its:

3. Low Sodium
4. Yeast Free
5. MSG Free
